Training Faithful Leaders

Training pastors, church planters, and missionaries through Ethne Institute, the church-based theological seminary of Reach All Nations.

Inside the Work

Across India and beyond, and throughout the 10/40 Window, there remains an urgent need for biblically faithful pastors. Many churches have no trained shepherd.

Ethne Institute

A ministry of Reach All Nations, rooted in the life and ministry of All Nations Church.

More than 5,000 Leaders

Pastors and church leaders strengthened through biblical teaching and pastoral training.

Church-Based

Students study Scripture in the context of the local church, not away from it.

10/40 Window

Preparing indigenous missionaries to pioneer churches among unreached and unengaged peoples.

Ethne Institute provides rigorous, church-based theological education for pastors, church planters, missionaries, and ministry leaders. Students study Scripture in the context of the local church, receiving theological instruction, pastoral mentorship, and practical preparation for ministry in India and beyond.

For more than fifty years, God has faithfully raised one generation after another to preach His Word. Today that same work continues as pastors are equipped to serve churches across India and beyond.
